Today’s fika: delicious semlor

Mmmm…have you ever tried the delicious ”semlor”?

Today, on the 17th of February we eat as many as we can in Sweden, with or without a good cup of coffee! The buns are eaten usually with whipped cream during bun cut top, and with almond paste in a cavity in the middle of the bun.
